The Mind can travel to the past and to the future but the Body will never move from the Present moment. Reconnect with your body and you will be Present.
To bepresent means to have all of your awareness and attention in the present moment; here, now. When you are in this state, you are meditating. Cooking, dancing, singing, cleaning, swiming in the sea, running, making love, painting...All of these things can also be your meditation as long as you are fully present. Of course there is also silent sitting meditation, in stillness, but its not the only kind of meditation! So don´t get overwhealmed if you cant be fully present practicing traditional meditation, its normal...we are used to being everywhere but here and now! It takes time and practice. You can start by trying to really connect with your body whenever you´re doing something you enjoy, being aware of all the sensations...To be honest, this is my favorite kind of meditation; dancing! If you wish to do a sitting meditation you can also do that. Sicne it´s Full Moon I suggest you do it near natual water (seaside, river, lake...) or in the water, even if it´s just a bath or a shower, so you connect with the Water element because a lot of emotions could come up today...
