Lets say, for example, you eat fast-food everyday...Eating Raw Vegan one day would help cleanse your system but not for very long and not with depth...unless you change your unhealthy habits! No one can be healthy in an unhealthy lifestyle. Its usually easier to tell when the physical body is out of alignment than when the energy field is out of alignment, mostly because most of us havent been taught that it even exists or how to properly take care of our energy... Physical imbalance manifests through physical discomfort like for example sickness. Energetic imbalance can also be manifested through the physical body, mental or emotional body, since they are all connected and when one of them becomes unbalanced all of them can too. So what causes our energy field to be out of alignment? So many things! Starting with the physical body...if we eat food that is vibrationally high like Raw fruits and veggies our energy cleanses naturally and our vibration rises! We feel alive because the food is full of life! However if we eat processed foods, meat, refined sugar, dairy, soda, caffeine...our vibration lowers. Where does your food come from? Is it filled with pesticices and chemicals?Does it come from an animal that was tortured, raped or abused? The ugly truth is that animal products carry that energy, animals are slaved, its a very cruel business, and when we eat cheese, eggs, fish or any animal product, the pain that these animals experienced will now be in our body and our energy field. Our soroundings afect our energy field too, we need to observe the way we feel in different places, situations and crowds. Are we in resonance with the people around us? Drama and negativity are a big no no since it sucks our energy out. We all feel better in nature than in the middle of a city where the air and water are poluted and people are stressed out. Nature is incredibly healing!!! Emotions and energy are extremely linked...and even though a lot of people fear experiencing "negative" emotions, its necesary. When we cry for example we release negative energy. I could talk about this all day! And there will be future posts and videos addressing this. Here are some things you can do to cleanse your energy:
-Eating healthy (wholefoods, plant-based and lots of raw). -Being in Nature, leaning on a tree, going hiking...in nature you're always sorounded by the Elementals, the nature angels, the fairies, and they naturally cleanse the energy field of every living creature. -Swiming in the sea or having bath with sea salt. -Burning incense and sage in your home. -Crying, shouting, expressing negative emotions, letting it all out. -Meditation. You can find soo many guided meditations online to cleanse your energy and balance your chakras. -Angelic asistance: you can call Archangel Michael and ask to help you release any negative energy and protect you against it, to shield you. You can invoque any Angel, Ascended Master or Light Being you resonate with to help you. -Crystals (that are cleansed) hold them, place them on your body, have them around, meditate with them, you can even put them in the water if you have a bath... -Getting Reiki or any kind of energy healing. -Rest. -Listening to mantras like Ra Ma Da Sa from Snatam Kaur (for healing) and any other. -Dancing, running, moving your energy through your physical body. -Singing, chanting... As I said, there are infinite things you can do to cleanse your energy, and when you do you will notice a huge difference! However we still need to change our daily habits, they need to be more self-loving. If we really want to find balance enrgetically we need to end self-sabotage at all levels, and that includes respecting your energetic body. What are you doing today to respect your energetic body?
