But this isn´t an easy process...and many of us are mentally, emotionally and even physically tired and sensitive.
What is self-compassion?. . .
To me it is acknowledging the difficulties we are facing and being very gentle and loving with ourselves in the process, making it as easy as possible.
There is not point in being hard on ourselves...All of us deserve compassion.
No matter what we are going through, how big or small the strugle is, we deserve being treated with kindness, and we must start within ourselves!
However, this is not about feeling sorry for ourselves or thinking we are disempowered in any way, we are not victims of our reality and we must take responsability of our own inner peace.
Being sweet and gentle with ourselves is not a luxury, its a need.
And if we don´t include ourselves when we practice compassion its incomplete!
Today do something you consider
Remove yourself from a stressful situation, have a hot bath, go on a walk in nature, have a nap (I will!)...
